Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Early adulthood: 18-35 years old. 2. Can walk on their own without the use of assistive people/devices. 3. BMI is normal (18.5-22.9 kg/m2). 4. No history of problems with posture, such as stroke, vestibular disorders, or alcoholism 5. No history of physical impairments may affect balancing performance, such as leg or back surgery or short legs that are unequally lengthened. 6. Take any medications within 24 hours of training that can influence balance, such as antihistamines, sleeping pills. 3. Drink alcohol before practicing within 12 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participate in other balance exercises throughout research participation. 2. Take any medications within 24 hours of training that can influence balance, such as antihistamines, sleeping pills. 3. Drink alcohol before practicing within 12 hours. 4. Accident affects balance, such as a broken leg, an ankle, a severe head or back injury throughout participation in research.
