Interventions

frequency linear transducer is used to identify the fifth rib at the mid&#45
axillar line. The serratus anterior is identified above the rib. A 20&#45
gauge Tuohy needle is introduced in the interfascial space between the serratus anterior and latissimus dorsi then 0.5ml/kg of NSS will be injected , After sterilization of the injection site on the
gauge Tuohy needle is introduced in the interfascial space between the serratus anterior and latissimus dorsi then 0.5ml/kg of 0.25% Bupivacain will be injected

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status class I - III,undergoing uni-port VATS lobectomy under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.A history of allergic reaction to local anesthetic 2.Coagulopathy 3.Local infection at the injection site 4.Systemic infection. 5.Neuropsychiatric patients 6.Patients with chronic pain or chronic opioid used 7.Re-do VATs operation 8.uncooperated or uncommunicated patients
