50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who undergoing elective CABG surgery 2. Age > 50 years 3. Agreed to participate in the trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with vision and hearing loss 2. Patients with psychiatric disorder 3. Patients with history of stroke or transient ischemic attack 4. Patients with chronic pain 5. patients with drug addiction 6. patients with ASA classification > 4 7. Emergency case 8. Off-Pump Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery 9. Patients on mechanical ventilator 10. Difficult communication (ie. language)
