Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Older adults using community day center in Pathumthanee province, age between 55-65 years who were living at home, able to walk with or without a cane.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Barthel index less than 12 scores, had problems with balance and muscle strength, had a history of severe injuries in the legs.
