Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy young adult age between 18-25 year BMI between 8.50 - 22.90 kg/m² Independent walking without the use of assistive devices Live in Nakhon Sri Thamarath province

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.People who received other balance training programs 2.Phone users more than 6 hours/day 3.People with symptoms of dizziness, vertigo 4.People who have the visual perceptual disorder 5.People who have cognitive impairment
