Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 - 65 years Closed simple femoral shaft fractures AO/OTA 31 A1-A3 (Oblique/Transverse/Spiral)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pathologic fractures Osteoporotic patients Previous surgery on that femur Severe traumatic brain injury
