Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
initial diastolic shock index initial visit at ED Compare initial diastolic shock index in survive vs non survive sepsis patients,Initial diastolic index cut off value in emergency department to predict hospital mortality in sepsi none Primary outcome will be assessed by comparison of two mean using t-test or two median using Mann-Whi

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Diastolic shock index to predict vasopressor needed during patients admit in the ED Find the diastolic shock index that require vasopressor in sepsis patients
