Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Stroke patient with dysphagia who diagnosed by not pass 90 ml water swallowing test 2. Time to onset of stroke no longer than 6 months 3. More than 18 years old 4. Stable vital sign and neurological condition 5. Can follow at least one step command 6. Can upright more than 15 minutes to do swallowing exercise program 7. Patient or caregiver can access mobile phone or tablet
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient who has visual problem 2. Patient who has dysphagia from other cause
