Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-60 years old ASA physical status I-II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refused to participation Be Allergic to Lidocaine or Hyoscine Prior analgesia, antimuscarinic drug or anti-inflammatory drugs before surgery Chronic pain Diabetes mellitus Unable to communicate/evaluate NRS Contraindication for hyoscine -Glaucoma -Gut obstruction or ileus -BPH with urinary retention -Myasthenia gravis -Angina -Heart failure
