Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult 18-60 years old cough or sore throat or runny nose or blocked nose not more than 3 days diagnosis common cold (ICD10 J00) can communicated in Thai can cooperated the interview all 3 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: body temperature equal to or more than 37.8 celcius exudative tonsil abnormal lung sound lymphadenopathy pregnancy or lactation mother has DM, heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease or brain disease has immunity involved underlying disease history of drug allergy during antiviral or antibacterial course fit PUI criteria for Covid19
