50 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Age 60-90 years -Diagnosis of intracapsular femoral neck fracture and undergo bipolar hemihip arthroplasty -ASA I-III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Bed-ridden or wheelchair patient before surgery -History of deep vein thrombosis -Hypercoagulable states -BMI > 40 kg/m2 -Allergy to any of the ingredients of the periarticular injection solution -Contraindication for Tranexamic acid use -Ambulatory problems
