18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Men whose age between 18&#45;35 years 2.Healthy: normal blood pressure&#44; normal fasting blood sugar&#44; normal blood lipid levels and normal resting cardiac electrical signals 3.Sedentary lifestyle: physical activity of moderate intensity < 30 min/times&#44; < 3 times/week for at least 3 months 4.BMI < 25 kg/m2 5.Farther and/or mother having high blood pressure records (the diagnosis made before 55 for father and 65 for mother) or currently on antihypertensive medicine for OHT group 6.Farther and/or mother having normal blood pressure records for ONT group 7.Without family history of diabetic

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Abnormalities in nerve and upper limb muscles 2.An open wound or muscle inflammation in arm and forearm area 3.Use medications for cardiovascular disease (include beta&#45;blockers) 4.Use medications for decreased blood sugar

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Peak forearm blood flow (FBF) before and every 30 minutes after sugar ingestion for a period of 2 hours. venous occlusion plethysmography

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Plasma glucose level before and at 30&#44; 60&#44; and 120 minutes after sugar ingestion. Plasma glucose level was measured by Hexokinase/ G&#45;6&#45;PDH,Serum insulin level before and at 30&#44; 60&#44; and 120 minutes after sugar ingestion. Serum insulin level was measured by Chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA),Oxidative stress makers before and at 30&#44; 60&#44; and 120 minutes after sugar ingestion.
