18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 first episode stroke 2 stroke patients who has onset between 1 week to 6 months 3 Unilateral weakness 4 Age 18-80 years 5 Follow two steps command and assessed by Montreal Cognitive Assessment more than 17 6 Moderate level of FMA-UE (FMA-UE 19-47) 7 Accept consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Medical unstable and progressive neurogenic condition 2 Neurogenic disease 3 Contraindication in TENS such as on pace maker, dermatitis, skin infection at TENS stimulation site 4 History of using TENS 5 Poor family support 6 Severe Unilateral Neglect Syndrome 7 Severe spastic 8 Moderate to severe sensation impairment 9 Communication problem 10 Severe shoulder pain
