Lidocaine spray will be administered at the oropharynx. patients will be assessed for easiness to pass the camera scope by the surgeon,patients will be adviced to sit upright,

18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Undergoing elective surgery 2) Age between 18 - 65 years old 3) American Society of Anesthesiologists Classification (ASA Class 1 and 2)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ) BMI <30 kg / m2 2) BMI >40 kg / m2 3) respiratory disorders such as COPD, Asthma, URI, chronic cough etc. 4) have abnormalities or diseases of the cervical spondylosis 5) Pregnancy 6) have a history of allergic reaction to anesthetics
