Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: pregnant women age more than 18 years antenatal care at antenatal clinic of Maha Chakri Sirindhron medical center gestatonal age more than 32 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: labor pain abnormal vaginal bleeding Ruptured of membranes BP more than 140/90 mmHg Underlying respiratory disease such as asthma, chronic lung disease deny to participate
