Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients who schedule for CABG with CPB LVEF </= 35%
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: emergency surgery concomitant valve surgery or aortic surgery preoperative renal failure (CrCl 120 bpm) prior history of torsade de pointe
