Interventions

all patients who undergo cardiac surgery at KCMH aged more than 65 and understanding Thai language.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients aged more than 65 years, ASA 1-3, understanding Thai language undergoing cardiac surgery at KCMH

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: dementia before surgery (TMSE test score < 22) major psychiatric condition severe visual and auditory disorder emergency surgery remain intubation until post operative day 7th
