Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.gestational age more than 37 week to 2 month of age 2.no underlying disease 3.family history of allergy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.gestational age lower than 37 week 2.major congenital anomaly 3.diagnosed of atopic dermatitis 4.immunodeficiency 5.applied other emoilient cream before participate into the project prior 2 weeks
