Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Premature Uterine Contractions 2. gestational age 28-36 weeks 3. age 20-34 years 4. stress level 20-89 mm visual analog scale (100 mm VAS) 5. don't have complications, such as, PROM, bleeding per vagina 6. can write and read thai language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: During study participants have complications, such as, premature ruptured of membranes, bleeding per vagina, fetal distress
