Inclusion criteria: Pregnant who required amniocentesis for prenatal diagnosis at Phramongkutklao Hospital : Age from 20 years old GA 16-20 wk

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Psychosis 2.Allergy of Lidocaine-plirocaine cream 3.Thai communication problems 4.Fetal demise 5.Scar or rash at amniocentesis area
