Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: no regular exercise did not take any antioxidant supplements no respiratory or cardiovascular abnormality or chronic disease hemoglobin E screening positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: have alpha-thalassemia have a musculoskeletal disorder Feel dizziness, or a rapidly increasing heart rate at the start of exercise
