40 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age ≥ 40 years 2.COPD patients, Diagnosis by spirometry recorded post bronchodilator FEV1/FVC 200, respiratory rate ≤ 30 breaths/minute, stable hemodynamic (absence or low dose vasopressors required), good consciousness and cooperative, minimal secretion and effectiveness of cough

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The patients or relatives of the patients refused to participate 2.Known case of Neuromuscular weakness 3.On tracheostomy tube
