Interventions

Patients is carried out root canal preparation using WaveOne Gold. When the file reaches the working length&#44
remove it and the root canal is irrigation with 3% NaOCl.,Patients is carried out root canal preparation using Self&#45
Adjusting File and 3% NaOCl is continuously delivered under controlled flow concomitantly to instrument operation.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Minimum 18 years Single-canalled teeth have necrotic pulp with or without radiographic evidence of periapical radiolucency. Patients willing to participate in study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having related tooth with open apex, root fracture or resorption. Having periodontal pocket depth greater than 4 mm in related tooth Having previously undergone root canal treatment in related tooth; Having related tooth that could not be isolated with a rubber dam; Having taken analgesics 12 hours before the intervention. Having received antibiotic therapy within the previous 3 months. Diabetes, human immunodeficiency virus infection or other immunocompromising conditions.
