3 Years to 6 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Parent who had a child aged between 3- 6-year-old with typical development and without perinatal and postnatal complications. 2.Parents should not be previously diagnosed with mental health illness has a score of parent stress scale less than 72 (seventy-two points) and Parenting Stress Index - Short Form < 86. 3.Parent has access to a telephone, tablet, or computer. 4. Parents can access the internet and online program. 5.Child does not have any chronic medical illness (except Allergy). 6.Child does not have mental health illness (except ADHD with only 1 medical therapy). 7.Child has Total Difficulties score on Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) < 18. 8.Child has normal development as screened by Developmental Surveillance and Promotion Manual (DSPM).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Child and/or parent have mental health or chronic illness that requires close follow-up at the hospital. 2.Child was born at gestational age < 37 weeks and/or had a birth weight of < 2,500 grams. 3.Child has delayed development.
