Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First onset, supratentorial stroke 2. Physical and rehabilitation medicine inpatients in Siriraj hospital 3. Unilateral hemiparesis 5. Can follow at least 2 - step verbal command 6. Body weight less than 100 kg, Height less than 200 cm. 7. FAC level between 2-4 8. Able to stand without knee buckling ( either with or without assistance)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. global aphasia 2. Hemineglect syndrome 3. Unstable cardiopulmonary conditions such as MI, heart failure, pulmonary embolism etc. 4. Other conditions that affect ambulation such as - Orthopedic condition: contracture of lower extremities, severe OA knee, post THA or TKA within 2 months - Neurological condition: for example, uncontrolled epilepsy 5. Severe spasticity of knee flexors and ankle plantar flexors with Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) 2 or more
