Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preterm infants less than or equal to 34 weeks gestation AND birth weight less than or equal to 2000 grams 2. The infant was born in Siriraj hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lethal congenital anomalies 2. Breastfeeding was contraindicated 3. Mothers decided not to breastfeed their infants 4. Infants who were still admitted in the hospital at 4 months old
