Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) Stage III-IV ECOG 0 - 2 Age > 18 years old Inform consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Infectious disease Uncontrolled comorbidities i.e.Diabetic mellitus, Liver cirrhosis, CKD Pregnancy Cannot take the capsule Marine product allergy High risk bleeding or receiving dual anti-platelet or anticoagulant Receiving anti-inflammatory drugs Previous use of fish oil supplement 1 months before enrolment Cognitive impairment
