Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 20-65 years old 2. Prolonged standing (> 1 hour of continuous standing or > 4 hours of standing in total working hours) workers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Spinal tumor or infection 2. Unhealed spinal fracture 3. Cauda equina syndrome 4. Acute trauma
