Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Admitted patient referred back to Khlongluang Hospital and to treated antimicrobial parenteral drug between March 2020 to March 2021

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Admitted patient is referred to tertiary hospital within 24 hours from the time of first admission. 2. Admitted patient died within 24 hours from the time of first admission.
