Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. type 2 DM patients who was older than 18 year old. 2. Urine protein > 500 mg/day

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the patients with the uncertain biopsy results or having mixed pathological results and also inadequate biopsy tissue.
