Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women who come to ANC during 1 June - 31 December 2018 2. Thai nationality 3. Planing to live and not move to other place until children has 6 month of age 4. Able to communicate properly

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Illness or conditions that difficult to blood draw

antibody response at 0 day, 28 day, and at 180 day either or the day of delivery hemmaglutinatinin inhibition assay (HI titer) after received influenza vaccine,birth outcome at the end of pregnancy birth outcome (preterm, low birth weight, abortion, and still birth) ,influenza-like illness: ILI in children who birth to the participants at birth to 6 months of age Hospital visit with influenza like illness
