Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thai female and male healthy volunteers, No underlying disease. 2. Age between 18 - 45 years: Body mass index in the normal range (BMI 18.5 - 22.9 kg / m2). 3. Biochemical assessment and the laboratory values are normal

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers were unable to meet the conditions in the research program such as beliefs, food consumption according to religion Certain foods Allergies to certain foods or vegetarians, etc. 2. Have a history of drinking alcohol, smoking and drug. 3. Female volunteers Pregnancy test.
