Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age > 18 years old AF patients used apixaban at least 7 days AF patients used amiodarone at least 7 days Good compliance 100 precent Patients sign inform consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients recieved enzyme inducer or inducer of CYP3A4, P-gp medication with apixaban that follow by ESC guideline 2018 Pregnancy and lactation patients Psychritic patient Patients were not sign inform consent
