start pd within 24 hour after randomization (diagnosed AKI stage 2),start pd within 72 hour after randomization (persistent AKI stage 2-3) or start pd when had a conventional indication for dialysis

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age >= 18 years old - AKI stage 2 (KDIGO criteria) with cardiorenal syndrome type1 - Respiratory failure (on ETT and need mechanical ventilator)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Secondary peritonitis - Need emergency dialysis (K>6 mEq/L, HCO3 < 12 mmol/L, FiO2/PaO2 < 200 with pulmonary edema, physician judgement that required emergency dialysis) - Morbid obesity (BMI > 35 kg/m2) - CKD stage 4-5 - Active infection with sepsis
