Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: OA knee who undergoing unilateral TKA Age > 40 years Comply with the protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to duloxetine Allergy to medication protocol Severe liver and renal function Secondary OA knee Poor control DM
