Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female, age 18 years and over 2. Have good overall health 3. Do not drink and smoke 4. able to demonstrate their desire to participate in a research project in writing 5. willing to join the project

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having lactose intolerance 2. Be a regular vegetarian or vegan person 3. Have received various surgeries. Related to the digestive system 4. Take a dietary supplement containing prebiotics and probiotics regularly 5. Get antibiotics Or laxatives during the research period
