Inclusion criteria: Term, singleton pregnant women who elected for cesarean delivery under general anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Obesity History of naproxen or acetaminophen adverse effect History of liver, renal, coronary or cerebrovascular disease Active peptic ulcer Unable to communicate in Thai language Decline to participate in the study
