Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: AF patients receiving oral anticoagulants including warfarin or NOACs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindication of warfarin or duration of warfarin use below one year 2. Patients with prosthetic heart valve and/or mitral valve repair 3. Patients with thrombocytopenia (platelet count below 100,000/mm3), myeloproliferative disorders(essential thrombocythemia, chronic myeloid leukemia, polycythemia vera, agnogenic myeloid metaplasia) or hyperviscosity syndrome 4. Patients with warfarin discontinuation from surgery or intervention 5. Pregnancy 6. Patients participating in other concealed study
