Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 6-12 months old in the targeted area. 2. A minimum of 1 primary teeth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Health problems which might interfere the oral health care procedure. 2. Health problems which might interfere the program procedure. 3. Seldom stay in the targeted area.
