Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. CKD stage5, Age ≥ 18 ปี who met the criteria required renal replacement therapy and choose conservative management and peritoneal dialysis at Srinagarind hospital 2. communation in Thai language 3. accept inform consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Who can not complete the interviewed 2. other severe disease which effect the quality of life including recent stroke, severe coronary artery disease, severe congestive heart failure, Advanced malignancy 3. Who can not be followed up 4. switch the mode of renal replacement therapy 5.Be admitted at the hospital for a long time
