Vonoprazan 20 mg PO bid ac&#44

Sitafloxacin 100mg PO bid pc&#44

Amoxicillin 1000 mg PO bid pc. Duration: 7 Days

Age

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age equal to or over 18 years old 2. Refractory Helicobactor pyloridefined by persisitent of infection after 2 or more standard treatment regimens.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known of allergy to treatment regimen 2. Pregnancy or lactating woman 3. Severe chronic liver or kidnet diseases which affect medication dosages.
