Interventions

Stroke patients will receive cathodal tDCS for 20 mins with the intensity of 2mA and following 30 mins treadmill training. The active electrode will be placed over the C3 or C4 (primary motor cortex a

Age
20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 6 months post first-ever stroke with unilateral motor deficits (2) ability to walk independently for at least 10 m without use of walking aids (3) Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) is more than or equal to 24 scores

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unstable medical conditions 2.MMSE<24 3.implanted cardiac device 4.conditions known to interfere with participation in the study eg epilepsy 5.pregnant or breast feeding women 6.metal implants in the brain or head 7.skin lesions
