Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers who were diagnosed of oral lichen planus 1.18 year old or over 2.ability to use mouthwash by ourself 3.be able to read thia lanquague 4.do not use other drug for treatment of oral lichen planus during study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.volunteers who were diagnosed of other lesions 2.taking oral route of curcumin 3.contraindication for corticosteroids, curcumin, or chitosan 4.were treatment of lichen planus within 1 month 5.no. of C. albicans is over 400 CFU/ml or oral candidiasis 6.stomatitis from other causes eg. trauma, recurrent apthous ulcer, HIV, other infectious lesions, and lichenoid reaction 7.use other mouthwash within 1 month eg. antiseptic mouthwash, analgesic drug 8.chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or immunosppressive drug within 1 monthา 9.Challacombe oral druness scale more than 4 point
