Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age more than 15&#45;year&#45;old 2.History of severe head injury (GCS<=8) 3.Patient who have evidence of intracranial hemorrhage in Head Computed Tomography. 4.Patient who have had neurosurgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have any others emergency surgery such as thoracic surgery&#44; vascular surgery. 2.Patients who denied treatment or surgery.
