patients undergoing abdominoplasty surgery abdominoplasty, pain relief, nerve block

Interventions

patient will receive Combined subcostal and Posterior transversus abdominis plane block for postoerative pain control,patient will receive Quadratus Lumborum Block for postoerative pain control
Active Comparator Drug,Active Comparator Drug
patients will receive extended subcostal transversus abdominis plane block,patients will recieve Quadratus Lumborum nerve block

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: paients undergoing elective abdominoplasty surgery with rectus sheath plication ans ASA (I-II) patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients refusal, patients with a history of known hypersensitivity to local anesthetic and psychiatric disorders, or use of psychiatric medications
