Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Parents of children undergoing elective surgery in King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parents who had abnormal status of neurologic status psychiatric patients parents who cannot read Thai
