Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Wildland firefighter subjects with aged ≥ 20 years old 2. Healthy subjects aged ≥ 20 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to perform spirometry 2. Unable to perform IOS 3. Spirometry not met American Thoracic Society (ATS)/European Respiratory Society (ERS) 2005 standard 4. IOS not met standard recommended by Bickel et al and ERS standard
