for 20 minutes per day in the evening of everyday for 30 days,Patients incontrol group have satandard treatment and normal lifetyles as they wish.

40 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 40-79 years old 2. Blood pressure 140-159/90-99 mmHg 3. No leg disease and can walk normally 4. On stable medication for 3 months prior to enrollment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of stroke/TIA within 3 months 2. History of CHF within 3 months 3. Active vertigo or dizziness

blood pressure level 30 day after intervention, 2 times daily automatic blood pressure device

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Pulse rate 30 day after intervention, 2 times daily automatic blood pressure device which also report pulse rate
