Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.patient who performed a chest computed tomography with arms down position. 2.Age equal or more than 18 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.patient who have chest abnormality such as 1.1 >2cm-depth pleural effusion 1.2 >1cm-depth haemo-/pneumothorax 1.3 destroyed lung 1.4 lobectomy 1.5 Atelectasis 1.6 hiatal hernia 1.7 >5mm-depth pericardial effusion 1.8 pericardial tumour/cyst 1.9 thoracic aorta dissection/aneurysm and widened mediastinum 2.patient who have cardiac abnormality 3.patient who have mediastinal mass or lung mass
