Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult aged between 60 to 80 years 2. Have a risk of fall (modified 30 seconds chair stand test less than 9 repetitions) 3. Able to understand and follow instructions (Chula mental test (CMT) score more than 15) 4. Able to walk independently without gait aid or assistant 5. No history of severe neurological conditions (e.g., cerebrovascular disease, Parkinson disease, traumatic brain or spinal cord injury) 6. No history of fracture or joint replacement surgery of the lower 7. Have low or medium physical activity level (Thai version of Short Format International Physical Activity Questionnaire, Thai-short IPAQ) 8. Intact plantar cutaneous sensation of both feet
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participate in the study less than 10 sessions 2. Falling, or any injuries during exercise 3. Wish to terminate the session
